To Change The Way You Lead

Change the way you communicate
Skills of Influence (SOI) represent the key skills or verbal communication, adaptive leadership, negotiation, and visual communication, including media.

Our focus is on public speaking and presence, especially as it applies to leadership communication. Our curricula are unique, and carefully culled and crafted from the best courses and modules from top global institutions such as Harvard, Stanford, Tufts, Indian School of Business, and top firms such as McKinsey & Bain. Our trainers have had specific and substantial experience at these organizations.

We believe that these Skills of Influence are “arts” that must be discussed, practiced and internalized through a variety of engaging case studies and scenarios, exercises and materials. We act as catalysts to empower and enable you in these critical skills.

Testimonials

I’ve progressed because I think I’m getting better with formulating ideas and evoking emotion in the audience. I am also getting better with sharing parts of my life I would otherwise keep to myself.

My main goal in gaining these skills is not solely for the public speaking, but also for interview situations… I foresee the skills I gain in this class having a ripple effect well beyond the classroom walls.
